Right now, I don't feel like the dragons are diverse enough, so I made a few changes

Infernal Dragon: Applies a burn over time and reduces attack damage and ability power by 10% for 2 seconds each hit

Air dragon: Slows the attack speed and movement speed of enemies hit by 20% for 2 seconds

Earth dragon: Like Karma's Ult + Q he will do damage and after 1.5 seconds ground will erupt where he hit dealing more

Water dragon: Attacks give you NEGATIVE health and mana regen

That would make dragons far more op than baron. Especially cloud dragon.

I think he is talking about the dragons' attacks, not the buffs they give.
