Anyway, shen need a buff somewhere.... He need it for real... he is viable but his late game is a little bit useless. The MR sclaing gonna help hm alot.

I think everyone will like that MR/lvl. The Cooldowns are nice as well. I wonder if Shen Support will come back.

Enjoy it while it lasts. He will get nerfed soon after. The buffs will skyrocket his win rate.

They will probably nerf him later. His laning is oppressive, because of the manaless poke. The most annoying thing in the game is : spammy constant poke (in this case manaless). IF they add a slow to his Q, he will become something like a Gnar = super annoying champion.
