Nerf Lucian

i don't play ADC but when i got stuck with it i used to pick Lucian. I have level 5 mastery with him bc he's pretty much the only ADC i play. He had his strength: a strong lane and not overly difficult to play. Then he paid for that by falling off late-game against Jinx, trist, vayne etc.

now he is picked every game. in pro-play the team with lucian usually wins. He is OP with the new items giving him massive AD as well as max CDR (which was always a viable build for him, but now the two builds can be combined giving him the best of both and putting him over the top))

nerf Lucian so i can play him again without being a freelo baser. Back then Lucian was a rare pick, a breath of fresh air from tristan and vayne. Now he's tahm or mundo level, it's just that people don't ban bot lane ADCs with all the other disruptive champs out there. If ADCs were banned, Lucian would be the ban (graves and kindred don't count; they are junglers and not as effective/easy in lane)
