Can the next ADC please have low mobility but high DPS?

I want a high range adc, pretty much the last 2~3 have been short range adcs.

Ashe player, you're telling me. The last long auto range ADC was... Actually none, I joined after Jinx so I have never seen an ADC be released with more than 550 range. Kalista, Jhin, Xayah, and Kai'Sa, who came out I believe seasons 4 or 5, 6, 7, and 8.

high range ADs are hard to balance because once you hit 575 range you start looking at territory where, unless their kit has no waveclear, they're going to autowin a lot of lanes

I'd prefer high utility than high dps. Champions like Ashe, Sivir, Jhin, and Caitlyn have high utility for Marksmen, with comparatively low damage.

Wouldn't fit her character, she's the predator of the void, her R and E make her that pretty well, but each to their own I guess

Amen. The high mobility is fine, but not on high champs with such high damage. Rito's kick on high mobility champs (Irelia rework included) is getting old really fast.
