Can getting autofilled into jungle set your runes to flash and smite by default?

If you're using anything other than flash and smite as a jungle, you're probably a jungle main who isn't going to forget to change your SS. I just got autofilled into jungle in a ranked game, had to afk and hope for a remake because I was playing adc right prior and forgot to change heal to smite. Smite is so crucial it's silly that it doesn't automatically give you it.
