Can Veigar scale a little less hard on ARAM?
He had like 1000 ap by 15 minutes. This isn't a QQ post but does anyone else think that maybe Veigar on ARAM could get like 3 stacks per takedown instead of 5?

Sadly they aren't gonna doing anything, even now that the problem is even bigger due to the new "runes" :P
