I agree with the premise of this, but in anything bellow plat it's not applicable and if someone expects their team to play like a pro team they are deluded.
Also, the splitpusher needs to start the splitting when his team is ALREADY POSITIONED AROUND AN OBJECTIVE, and he has vision so that he can actually hold the enemy there for a solid amount of time. Splitter also needs to have control wards so he can disappear from the map every time more than 1 enemy is not in vision.
If the Splitter simply has 3 on him when the 4 others on his team were backing it's his fault and his death is an int. Simple as.

They need to completely remove the current "tips" they have, because all of them are useless. Something like "The person that Baron Nashor is attacking deals 50% damage to it" is 10000 times more useful than "Did you know that kha'zix is a bug"

Yes yes yes!!!!!! I'd say half of all my loses come from games like these!!! Tell me how grouping will help when my team are 24 kills behind?
It's so goddamn annoying! I'm splitting at their T2/T3 tower and my baboon team mates just leave mid or not and split up, going base or farming rather than keep the enemy occupied or take an objective!

They should really make better tips like telling the player to always use his wards or to always have an escape prepared in case the enemy jungler ganks.
