Honestly, i miss being able to bruise and tank for my team...

I have been otp Riven for 5 straight years now, peak ranks plat s3 and s4, mantained gold till present so not a pro player by far. But hear me out. Yes, this might sound weird to some, but what got me into Riven was the fact that i had to work so much to achieve pleasure, you know that whole "high risk, high reward" thing. Building , , , old and engaging with for my team. Having to play everything correctly and at the end "The Pleasure", a well executed team fight with coordination, a great follow up from the team, leading to an ACE!(doesnt it sound so good?) that guaranteed us that final push towards the Nexus...

As fun as it might sound i really, REALLY, don't enjoy having to build and having to straight to the enemy team squishy's only to oneshot them and get oneshot right after hoping my team oneshots the rest. I miss 2/3 barons per game with team fights lasting so long that it was satisfying even if you lost.

Losing to skill is acceptable but i hate, HATE losing simply because enemy team oneshot us first, they didnt outplay us, if there was no room to outplay or even react how could it be an outplay? It was simply... unfortunate for us, yes thats the right word, unfortunate... they just... pressed the buttons first, yes we might have died anyways in past seasons with less "damagy" metas, BUT at least we would have had the oportunity to fight back, maybe even kill one, but at least we showed our worth, and at the end a REAL "GG!" not a "gg("this BS game" in the back of the head) gg. Same from the winning side, what satisfaction does someone get from pressing two buttons to win?

With i was able to straight E AA W oneshot as because the enemy facechecks a non warded bush, would he be dead in an earlier season? Yes, very probably, but certaintly not with the press of two buttons.

This isn't the result of being broken, this is simply the state of this game, just look at powerspiking at 2 items / , or every good / / abuser. Its simply not fun, for both sides, imho.
