Is it wrong that im a little disappointed going 8-2 in ranked placements to end up in bronze? First loss was rengar afk second lost was we were not good enough and lost fair and square.

You were silver mmr last year, yes bronze is normal for a reset.

Gold 5 was your visible rank, resets and placements are based on your mmr, which according to sites like OP.GG was in high silver. My mmr is around 3 ranks off from what I ended last season.

Don't sweat it too much. As long as you win games your MMR will skyrocket

Eh, I am not sweating it too much. I have only been playing since the summer. Gold might not be the right place for me yet. :-)

i was gold 5 last season went 6-4 placed silver 2, but tbh you will probably climb faster than me because for some reason im gaining 15 to 16 lp per game.

Look at it this way...people will see that you are bronze and underestimate your skills! Then you go and destroy them :D

I feel your pain, I went 9-1 and still was put in B5. So what the hell was the point of playing 10 games if they were just going to put me there no matter what.
