I heard there's this stupid Algorithm out there that if you win alot, Riot then decides to group you with the absolute bottom of the barrel filth of society and says "here you go, try to win now"

Why is this even a thing, holy hell.

This has not been a thing, and never will be a thing.

People experience this false "algorithm" because if you're winning a lot, the game will start matching you with better and better players - that's the point of matchmaking.
