I heard there's this stupid Algorithm out there that if you win alot, Riot then decides to group you with the absolute bottom of the barrel filth of society and says "here you go, try to win now"

Why is this even a thing, holy hell.

This has not been a thing, and never will be a thing.

People experience this false "algorithm" because if you're winning a lot, the game will start matching you with better and better players - that's the point of matchmaking.

No no no, it never matches me with better players, not a thing, it always matches me with a 17 game zed 1 trick with 32% w/r In these cases it never comes down to matching me with better players, i'm always matched with worse players.

With by definition means both on your team and on the enemy team. Let's say you're middle of the pack - better than 50% of League players, worse than 50%. If you start winning a lot, you're going to start getting matched with the top 49%... and then the top 48%... but your skill is still only better than 50% - so the teams will necessarily be unbalanced - your team will have 4 people of skill 49/48 and you (skill 50) but the enemy will be all 49/48 (lower number = higher skill in this scenario).

Further, I'd like you to provide proof that you always get matched with worse players, and proof that they didn't just have a bad game the game you're looking at. Confirmation bias is a very real thing and it seems to be what you're falling victim to here.
