You probably broke one of the zero tolerance rules. If you would provide us with a chat log we might be able to tell you what exactly caused this.
If you are toxic during a punishment, of course you're going to get the next punishment tier.
After a 14 day ban, the next punishment will be a permanent ban, so try to change your mindset when you return.
