Not really. 3 life on auto attack hit is broken. That's why they nerfed Doran Blade in the first place to 3% lifesteal

3 life auto is better then 3% Until you get >100AD which is not that hard and basically every ADC gets after level 5+ with Pickaxe , Dorans and Runes.
