So, Bard vs Sivir kinda sucks

Now, I get WHY it does it, but it still sucks. So, she can spell shield your meep empowered auto-attacks. This basically means, you can't harass her with auto-attacks. You just can't because all she's gonna do is shield it and get her mana back.
