WHy is Riven so broken?

If vlad, Singed, or Garen isn't picked you go Riven. That seems to be the norm at my ELO. ANyways I just cannot comprehend how broken this champion is. She is a Dash, 3 leaps, AOE stun (that does dmg and scales with her AD), and shield, a knock up (CC), increased AD scaling, Abnoxious Ranged Attack, low CDs if she even has any, amazing apprehend capabiltities that even out do vayne's passive, with tremendous life steal/self heal. LIke what was riot thinking when they made this champ? hen she isn't healing herself she has a shield when there is no shield you are CC'd when you aren't CC'd your stuned. THe only counter argument is to stun her....really.....you know its not a counter when a stun counters everything.....Riven in so many words is a champion riot made so that awful players can feel important and relevant to the battlefield. I am not just here to point out riot's flaws because I suggest a simple solution. If you increase all of Rivens CDs such as her Q W E by .5 seconds each she will be balanced. You might say this is tooharsh, but when a Riven is 0/10/0 and 100 Cs behind you and can still take on you plus two more of your team mates there is something seriously wrong.
