Lets rethink how people get demoted

I am not saying I should be plat, but I know bullshit when I see it. I have difficulty climbing out of silver strictly due to terrible team mates. I understand everyone gets them; however, I seem to have more than my fair share. The point of me writing this article is that if a summoner is at 0LP and loses the game, shouldn't his grade at the end of the game dictate whether he gets demoted? Also, should there be a buffer once somebody reaches 0 LP such as a 2 or 3 game buffer? I cannot tell you how many times I have been demoted when I lose one match. I provided a screen shot of my most recent demotion. See my team compared to me? Do I deserve to be demoted in this case? I get I can just climb back up to silver I, but I usually have to carry each game and the least number of games I can carry the better I will be. The difference in gold, levels, and cs is staggering.

Being demoted between I-V is very easy. It's as simple as losing one or two games to enemy players whose MMR is far beneath yours.

If you're gold 1 0LP and playing against a team of gold 5 players and you lose, you're probably demoted.

Demoting from say plat to gold is much harder, and the same is true for gold to silver. I hear that to demoted from Plat to gold you need to lose to gold 5 players repeatedly while at 0 LP.
