Basic LOL rulebook is missing - critical for new players / Bronze tier

Dear Rioters, dear community,

I am working on a "guide" that will highlight common Bronze mistakes - for example, why chasing the enemy feeder into the enemy team, killing him solo and then dying afterwards to multiple enemies (i.e. creating a kill and at least one assist) will lead to a significant gold DISADVANTAGE over time.

When I wanted to plug in the correct numbers of just HOW significant, I realized that I cannot find the basic LOL rules (for example, gold generation) anywhere... this seems to be suboptimal, especially since it may even be a REASON behind why so many people in Bronze simply do things that they should not do (my suggestion to a team mate: "Just farm minions to get gold - you are too much behind to duel Fizz!" - reply: "Yeah true, but Zed just scales better with kills than with gold from minions...").

Or, in other words: the fact that kill gold for a player decreases with number of deaths in a row without kills or assists and resets when that player gets a kill is obviously INTENDED to discourage people from doing what I described above (chasing and killing and then dying). However, if you do not KNOW about that rule, but instead think that a kill is a kill and has the same impact on your snowballing potential regardless of who you kill... and you also do not realize that with the kill, you RESET YOUR OWN gold value first before you die, it does (a) NOT discourage what it is supposed to discourage (because if you don't know, you will not be discouraged) and (b) makes the impact of the behavior it is supposed to discourage WORSE if it occurs... clearly, that is an amplification of the problem rather than a solution.

Therefore, my kind request: can we please have a place where the basic rules of the game are ALL explained? For example, how do you get gold (starting, per second, how bounty calculation works, what other ways exist, ...), what does "AD vs. AP" mean, what does Armor do, why you may want to think about MR runes instead of additional AD on Talon mid sometimes, etc.

If this already exists, please kindly point me into the right direction and perhaps consider making it easier to find... I went to the leagueoflegends homepage and clicked through almost all content there, but could not find it. I know it is described in the patch notes somewhere, but clearly, this is not the best place for it to be (especially not for "newer" players).
