Can we remove the heath cost off of Aatrox's E?

What does it accomplish. You already took the health cost of his Q and W, why not his E? It's a flat 30 health which I honestly didn't even know was still there until I checked the tooltip again. It's useless to even have it there. A very tiny buff for someone who needs a lot of help.
