Can Kalista just be disabled for ranked and competitive play?

She is picked or banned 100% of the time in LPL (China) and LCK (Korea), in EU and NA there are 1 or 2 adcs who cant play her so her pick/ban rate is "only" 97% . Seems like a balanced champion.....it is obvious she is broken when the guy who plays her knows what to do but when someone doesn't he usually just feeds....so please disable this extremely polarizing champion. Don't think anybody believes Kalista is healthy for this game.

I don't even remember the last time I saw a Kalista in my Ranked games. It's always Vayne, and she's not that big of a deal.

I play Kalista in ranked.

And lose. Pretty much every game. I also lose pretty much every normal game. I really want Kalista to be fun and good. She just isn't.
