Oppressive laners

When i go mid lane i'm always against a LeBlanc. I've won against her once as Viktor but this one was a 1st time LeBlanc. There is literally nothing you can do against her in lane. Try and farm and half your health is gone. Try and all in her she uses one of her 600 flashes. Can't even sidestep distortion because projectile speed is too fast. She doesn't even have to lead her target. 80% ratio on sigil of malice and a 310 basedamage at lvl 9. I don't want filthy LeBlanc mains even looking at this post cuz ur gonna say she's weak blah blah blah other bullshit.
