Rumble bullied me as pantheon in lane, that has to say something. People are complaining about zed nerfs, Rumble has no resource. His secondary bar only BUFFS him as he uses abilities. And he has lower cooldowns than zed. Zed also has high costs early game.
how'd u get bullied as panth (unless its heim) did u get hex?
I got hex. Didnt do crap since a core item HAS MAGIC PEN.
Have you tried not picking Pantheon into Rumble?
He has a very balanced 50%ish winrate atm. He's not worth nerfing. Remember he gets silenced when he spams too much and does little to no damage when its empty. Attack him at those points but never when he's near half Heat. Use MR Runes, SHIT on him in level 1-3 since he's super weak and vulnerable without 3 abilities (he needs to spam all 3 back to back to raise his heat). It might be best to pick a ranged character like Gnar, Quinn and especially Ryze since Rumble has no gapcloser. Someone like Panth cannot escape easily so I think you're just counterpicking yourself personally.
Rumble has to have the most toxic playstyle for any melee champ to deal with in the entire game. Closing the gap on him only helps him out. Sitting under tower isn't much better because nearly everything he has outranges the turret. He's guaranteed to do more damage than any ADC for the first half of the game. I HATE Rumble with a passion. Either his base damages need to be revisited (basically gets you to half HP right off the bat in lane at level 1 with flame spitter if used right) or his ranges reduced, or even make it harder to stay in the yellow.
I don't see Rumble's ability damage to be that big a deal. No problem dealing with him as Sion or Ryze.
