I think that Zac passive is Weak and broken Riot please check these ideas

We all know Zac,And why people dont play him ( Because he is STUPID) I was thinking about some ideas that may make him a better champion:- His passive:- 1-The live time of his passive is 5 min (witch is really long) that mean 6 times in the game if it lasted for 30 min(we know the chance to survive after he die is 10%) ,i think you need to reduce the time to 4 or 3 min 2-His heal on chunks is low,i mean he need to cast an ability 4% of his current health then heal 4% of his maximum health if he moved on his chunks(its Low),I was thinking to make it like one of these ideas A-Make it Increase with Level. Example:- 5%/6%/7% at level 6/11/16 B-Make it Scale with AP (on maximum health). Example:- 4% Plus ({1% or 2% ability power}%)Witch means that if he have 100 AP,He will get 4% plus 1%= 5% heal of his maximum health. C-Make it increase with AP. Example:- He heal (10% or 15% of his ability power) plus 4% of his maximum health,Means If he have 100 AP he will heal 4% + 10 HP points

Well after all its just ideas,So you may like it or you may not,Thanks for reading and sorry if my English was bad. All love for Zac

His revival mechanic has an incredibly long cooldown compared to others (atrox, anivia, zillean, ekko, ext.)

ekko can't revive, just heal. and zileans only gives him a revival for a very short window, depending on how smart/careful your enemies are,you are gonna waste it a few times.

I agree though that the cooldown is pretty high on his passive, but you also need to keep in mind that his passive also has other aspects(him becoming bigger with health and loosing his slime)

Granted, I should've used anivia instead of ekko, I was too lazy to look up her name at the time. I named zilean's instead of yorick's because it's permanent while yorick just gives them an extra 20seconds (but both have a cooldown around 90 seconds). The guardian angel item has the same 5 minute cooldown.

I agree his passive has some interesting utility with his size change based on his current health. But I'm unsure what criticism to give here because his chunks land between him and any enemy champion. Against ranged or high damage champions (gnar, fiora, riven, quinn, ext.) the sustain from his chunks are often insubstantial; but against other tanks or utility champions (nautilus, blitzcrank, kench, ext.) this natural sustain is noticeably strong. I would like to see it scale in some fashion, but we'd be repeating the mistake with sejuaini.

Dunno if you edited, your original post, but you did mention anivia. And I think Yoricks ult wouldn't have been a good example as well, because like you said, his ult doesn't revive you permanently.

And he needs 8 second to back alive -.- witch is dumb

I'm glad his passive is on such a high cooldown, it is so dumb. Same with Aatrox. He can just feed but somehow just deny the kills.

His passive is what makes him tanky, and the revival portion is similar to Anivia's, where you get that second chance to survive. If this second portion is ever used, it should be wherever your allies are so it can be worth using.

only problem is iirc anivia's gives her bonus resistances in egg form and she's also a ranged mage not really a diving tank champion. but then again zac's passive alos gives him sustain so whatever.

You can have an ally TP to ur blob The revive mechanic is fine

The heal could use an increase though at later game, scaling with ap is a bad idea though
