Annie Stun with Ult Out Of Control

We all know that Annie stun every 4 abilities.All players who play with Annie save their stun for Ult,Because it stun all units in area instant.Here is what was i am thinking.Just like you did with Veigar Event Horizon(W) ability i think Annie's ult need to be the same witch is to not ult instant,Annie's ult need 0.5 or 0.75 seconds delay until the bear show up.

I am just saying that her ult need 0.5 to use so enemy can flash or do something .It doesn't make any sense when Annie throw her teddy and turn into a bear instant.

maybe you shouldn't be humping your frontline and let said frontline be the one to take the flash+ult Annie combo... also it's a FLASH combo so it's extremely dependent on flash being up and flash's CD is pretty large. If you got stunned by an Annie walking up to you then you are the one at fault

the passive is just too broken. that's her only problem. she shouldnt be able to sit on a stun indefinitely.

Oh well, since Taric, a support with very little dmg, has a stun, Annie, who can insta-kill an entire team, should have one, too. That makes perfect sense. Tell me, do you wear a helmet when you type such stupid things?

I played more than 100 game with Annie or against her, didnt see her once use W before Ult specially when flash.

So? The point is that if you make it so that Flash R isn't an instant AOE stun anymore, she will just swap to Flash W instead. The reason you don't see any Annies Flash W now is because they don't need to because Tibbers does the job better. But in a world where Tibbers isn't instant she can easily just swap which ability she uses for her instant stun.

The change is almost pointless.

don't forget that enemies runaway form Annie when her stun is ready,besides she always start with ult.

you can knock her out of the game early and she wont be near as effective. IK this for a fact, done it a few times as Xin jungle

If you want to add a delay to her ult, you need to give her something else. Just throwing a delay on it will make her a pretty worthless champion. She certainly won't have anything unique to offer a team. A full rework would be needed if you want a delay on that ability.
