Why there is no item that gives Life steal and critical chance at the same time ???!

Because that item would either be broken AF or shitty. Because you can't have lifesteal crit and Attack damage and or attack speed. Unless you get low numbers on all 3 or 4. Making it useless.

Because league doesn't need more stat sticks. The choice has to be made whether you want more damage or more sustain

the better thing for league would be to remove and rework the recipe for all items that build from it to not have it's stats

2 lessons to learn from one question :)

first, the item in question would either be too strong or too weak and really hard to balance

second, being curious and simply asking questions will get you downvoted and generally is followed by a shit storm of salt instead of useful info to answer your question

ps i upvoted you because i am sure others are also interested in this or maybe asking their own questions in their heads but wont ask here since they know they will just gather downvotes instead of information (info here is good yet u still got DV lol sad)
