Azir Item Build (Looking for your thoughts)

I've been experimenting with a different build path then the standard one ( into complete ) by going while this does deal slightly less damage late game , once you complete the I find that I am simply a machine, I combine it with Stormlords, and the 5% CDR (to make up for losing some CDR by waiting to complete Nashors) and the mastery that increases damage to slowed target. I the slow early on also helps to kite anyone who tries to jump you. Was wondering if anyone has tried this or just feedback in general.
