Tri Force on Lucian?

Just wondering what everyone's' thoughts on this build are. I personally feel that I scale better into late game when building Tri over RFC or Shiv due to the high synergy that Sheen brings with the low CD's and auto/spell weaving that Lucian's kit features. While the increased cost does hurt the build path early I find that if I am ahead in lane (and the rest of my team is doing well enough that I don't need to start impacting the game before 20 minutes). I usually build Essence, Tri Force, CD boots, BT, and the rest of my build differs on game.
