A Little Concerned about the Graves Changes

Okay, so I really like the new spin that CertainlyT is taking with Graves, I love it actually; however, I am concerned about the huge range nerf. 425 will easily put him in extreme danger to many assassins and cc. I understand that he does a lot of burst and his can potentially grant him a significantly large buff to his Armor and MR, but whats the point if you don't have time to build it up. I just think that the nerf to his range offsets his changes. Like champions with 500 aa range like Lucian already struggle pretty hard in lane due to the ease of them being harassed. Like, in order for him to trade in lane now, he will have to get into the enemy wave. Does anyone else think 425 might be a bit to steep and that it should at least be raised to 500 with some of the numbers being reduced?

They're giving him melee champion bases/scaling defenses. He's meant to be a tanky ADC, like Urgot, now. A tanky, bursty, ADC. I see him going top/mid and doing very well.

Yea, that's kind of how I am envisioning him being, in both top and mid, but I still see him being much more vulnerable than he should be in teamfights. I think these changes will put him in a very distinct niche where he can only be picked if X champion (s) are picked.

It will likely put him in the "Fighter" niche, except he has better burst/disengage (though he won't be as tanky). Very good at dueling, roaming, and split pushing (kinda like Trynd, but more burst).

That's a good question. Riot wants her to become a midlaner who roams a lot with her ult (as it is only good for getting out of combat movement speed + activating it for a bit of damage), so I can see her as an okay roaming mid lane. It all depends on how the buff her, though, because right now it seems they nerfed her into the ground with these changes. We'll just have to see if they messed with her numbers, maybe then she will still be viable.

ya that too, seeing as how they collide with the first unit it hits, I imagine csing with him will be fairly difficult. And the more I think about it, the more I realize that there a lot of drawbacks with his new kit.
