My Opinion on How the Next Preseason Should be Looked at

So currently Riot has been doing many Reworks and Gameplay updates to change champions in the game that they see as unhealthy or poorly designed for the current state of the game and won't follow their ideas on the direction they want this game to head. So I believe that this next preseason they should do a massive champion Gameplay Update and Rework patch as their preseason patch and not really change much else. The reason I believe this is the best course of action is because of the many champions that imo don't follow Riots philosophy on what is healthy and fun in League of Legneds.

The List (bolded means harshly needed)

I've highlighted the champions for which I can't find the slightest reason for them to be reworked.

Amumu: A jungler that you know 100% where he starts cause he needs blue so bad and loses every jungle interaction in the game. Brand: Very safe high damage dealer that needs no items to still dish out huge numbers and can melt tanks and squishies. Diana: I love her but her kit suffers from the same problem as Talon prior to his rework. All or Nothing, Feast or Famine. Dr. Mundo: No identity, and no rhyme or reason for abilities and is balanced around grievous wounds which is dumb. Hecarim: Again no real identity, and is also never real balanced he either excels or is useless. Janna: No pro-activity in the kit. Counters all melee champions. In other words play 5 ranged against is the only real way to counter her. Lissandra: Riot just said they have some ideas to change her so I leave her off list for now. Master Yi: I guess you haven't seen the funneling problems in Korea that will reach everywhere. Morgana: Doesn't really hit her niche well and is usually to strong when good and useless when sub-par Nasus: Mainly just w, e, and passive changes nothing too major. Nocturne: Extremely one dimensional needs more things that he can do. Ryze: I agree so fine leave him out like I said before. Shaco: Extremely unfun to play as or against and not healthy to 100-0 from invisible. Udyr: Just honestly can you tell me why he doesn't? actually curious. Zilean: again extremely one dimensional needs some changes like 1 different ability or something.
