Why is jungle getting nerfed in favor of ADs?

well there is a better jungle starting item for them early game, and runeglaive clear is really strong, and auto attacks are still alot of the ap champs clear making the armor nerf still impact them. all-in-all it doesn't seem like its a nerf to ap junglers realistically
