Riot went about this year's Harrowing all wrong

Why wasn't the community informed of this new aproach months ago?! You guys literally came out 2 weeks before halloween and said "oh btw this is how it's going down this year".

It would've been much better if you guys just went on about harrowing and snowdown like normal and then informed us of the change for next year.

I was hoping for a harrowing event like last year and was disappointed there really wasn't much this year

Maybe they are doing the harrowing stuff later though, since they did make those slayer skins for panth and jinx and nunu's zombie skin
