And 4x penalize the person who request to switch roles upon loss. So tired of the "I can't support" excuse then feed whatever lane I switch with them. Can't even be autofill protected for next game because my role still shows up as mid/top/bottom/jungle while the feeder gets to ruin other people's game because now they're autofilled protected despite not playing support.

Role switching is something that came about when team builder first came about and then was integrated into ranked - now that you have to pick what role you're going to be playing, it's inevitable that people will want to switch at some point. Letting them do this is the best way to handle this issue, not penalizing people who switch trying to win but still can't pull it off.
