What if Poacher's Knife increased the respawn time of enemy camps you cleared by 1 minute?
Maybe there would be some reason to take it over Rangers or Stalkers then.

Counter Jungling doesn't mean clearing camp. I Doubt that will actually help.
That wouldn't work because that wouldn't benefit you who decided to go poacher's knife and is dependent on the enemies jungle which would hinder you more than them lol.
I like the idea but it might need a bit more to prevent junglers from just deciding to gank more if they get counterjungled this way. Maybe rather than stopping the respawns, instead the camp won't give gold for it's next 'x' respawns since it's been 'poached'. This way you would force the jungler to have to deal with his jungle getting ransacked rather than just opting to gank even more because there's nothing to do in the jungle. If he never cleared out the 0 gold camps they would never reset to normal.
jungle spawns are already really high.
