Just your opinion, do you think this new change is a nerf or balance or buff? I kinda felt this will make his laning phase worse, but I haven't played him that long so thats just what i think. The biggest thing about this is that unless Fizz got the first kills in lane his ult didnt really do too much damage, but now it does, but his q especially was a big part of his kit. I felt that rito was a bit harsh on his q nerf. I dunno thats just my opinion.
Well idk if i like any of your poll options, but i do like parts of the changes and dislike others. I dislike the % of missing hp on him, i think that'll be rough. I like that his ult is kinda like a DFG tho. Honestly i'd much prefer that fizz can only 100-0 you when he has his ult. If an assassin puts their whole kit into you, then its okay that you die. I only ever disliked fizz because he could kill you in 2 abilities and you wouldn't be able to fight back since he'd be untargetable and then you'd be dead lol.
