How do YOU recover from a bad game?

So I just play my last placement match...and it was horrible. And it was almost all my fault. I picked Gragas, knowing his playstyle enough to not completely fail. Which is exactly what I did. I ganked mid and failed. I ganked bot and failed. I tried to get dragon and failed. I ended up 1/9/9. Of course because it was ranked my team yelled at me and told me I sucked. I tried to tell them I was having a bad game, and they wouldn't listen at all. When I was coming down bot for a teamfight half my team was dead so I tried to get out...and died. Of course they started yelling again, saying I hadn't peeled at all and told the other team to report me. I tried. I really did. I just had a bad game, but no one ever understands that. They make me play worse by harrassing me. Really. I feel sad when you do that and I get distracted. At the end Vel'Koz, a Silver III player, said to "never give low elo players jungle." I was placed in Bronze II, so I don't see much of a difference. People need to get that I play in your elo because...you are about as good as me. WE are not much different in skill, because Riot matches you with people as good as you. Don't call me a low elo player because you are one too.

So how do you guys come back from this? How do you shake off the idiots and keep your head high? I'd really like to know before I drown in abuse from this horrible community.

I had a ranked game where I went 0/9/0 as jungle Irelia, one of my favorite champions which I took in the jungle because we needed a tank. I got counter jungled hard, wasn't a fun game. And my team was nice enough to tell me exactly what I was doing wrong, mainly installing this game.

On to the get over it stuff, I usually have a few ways to get over it.

  1. Play a bot game, and try to get as many kills as you can. It's pretty relaxing, and makes you feel good when you go 67/0/0 as Yasuo and can instantly delete their AD Carry with one Q.

  2. Play with friends. Just see who is online, get in a skype/teamspeak/phone call, then hop in a normal game. The more the merrier, but whatever you do don't try-hard, just have fun and goof off.

  3. Play something weird or off-meta. Full AP Nunu mid is hilarious, so is full AP Shaco. People develop a fear of bushes.

  4. If you have a PBE account, come hop on. Most people could care less if you go AP Riven, so screwing around is half the fun. A lot of people will also just stick around in public chat to talk about whatever. Just be careful after 10 PM, chat tends to get weird.

  5. Super Troll Comp. Get 5 friends and do something crazy. Go all smite and just run around in jungle, pretty fun. Their jungler will HATE you.

Personally, I don't think much of it once the game ends. Yeah, I have some bad games but I know I'm not a bad player. If anyone says otherwise I know that they've only seen one game from me out of the thousands I've played. I'm not saying I'm incredible but I'm certainly not as bad as my worst games would indicate.

Instead of dwelling on what your team mates think of you, think back to the match and look at what went wrong and what you can do next time to make sure that doesn't happen again.

Simple -

I look at my desktop for a few minutes. It's really hard to get pissed when you see an adorable kitten.
