Just because you are a meta ADC like Twitch, Xayah, or Tristana...
That doesn’t entitle you to every minion wave after landing phase is over. Look, you don’t need 500 CS at 30 mins. Your Zeal items are already cheap as is. Let your mid and top take their CS for their more expensive build path cough cough the Twitch in my ranked cough cough. All you do is make your teammates behind, so your Vel’Koz can’t buy a Liandries to kill the tanks or your Darius can’t buy Thornmail for their high AD. So please don’t steal other laners CS because “I’m the ADC and all creeps are mine”
with the rework, and what I felt like Caitlyn and Tristana are supposed to be, since they've always had good lanes, and have had fairly good scaling as time goes on. It's a pretty big difference, from, say, 
, whose spike level 6 with her ult is massive, and who has among the best mid-game spikes when she gets both 
and 
(I'm pretty sure she was the one who made the combo popular, actually). There are probably better examples than that, but in an ideal world, a champion who is good early and good late shouldn't spike as hard with just an item or two, nor get a strong level 6 spike.
