Where is Quinns R change in PBE?

Can we get a response from Riot please? she needs the interruptability/immobility from casting R REMOVED, please give it a try, i dont think this will make her OP, it's more like a QOL, plz fix her T_T, after 60games since patch 5.22 she really needs help.
