Azir has no passive.

Even the tiny pittance of a buff he used to keep on the Crystal Scar is now gone. Can we please give him a working passive? Even something dumb like "channeling on a neutral point spawns a mini-sun disc that fires at 2/3 normal turret damage for 10 seconds or until the point is captured."
