Gangplank rework: HUGE ISSUE!!!

How has Riot not learned by now? Farm mechanics do NOT WORK for champion balance. They are 100% restricted to SR and do not translate to the other 75% of the game.

That said, here are ideas to fix GP's rework.

EITHER: Reviving () grants 500 silver serpents OR Relics grant 75 silver serpents each.

Capturing an altar (TT) grants 100 silver serpents. Serpents from minions increased by 50%.

Feeding a poro () grants 1250 silver serpents because the Poro god is happy.

All other farm-mechanic champions need alternate sources as well. Thresh Nasus and Bard should definitely get relic/altar stacks/souls/chimes, and all champions ( ) need increased gain on takedowns (kill + assist combined. Veigar should absolutely score his Q AP bonus on assists). does ok on his mechanic because of assists counting so well, it needs to be added for all others to they can maintain pace across maps and not be such bottom tier trash.

Gangplank now passively gains 1 Silver Serpent per second on Dominion, Twisted Treeline, and Howling Abyss.

For reference, that's an upgrade every ~8.33 minutes.

I assume you're talking about the Silver Serpent thing? They'll probably just have him earn more Silver Serpents per kill on other maps.

ARAM doesn't matter for balance really, there isn't anything balanced about it in the first place TT and Dominion are the real issue.
