that's impossible cause if people team fight near it then it will just keep raising or if someone has a tear and is stacking it or if someone is just casting spells to roam more

In a teamfight, any champion needs to have their juking on point to avoid that thresh hook, that leona ult, that blitz hook. Scuttle is no different. STOP THE PREDJUDICE AGAINST SCUTTLE. SCUTTLE LIVES MATTER!
