Does Syndra still need the Twisted Treeline nerfs?

I don't play Syndra, but I know she isn't exactly in the best spot right now; especially in a bruiser heavy mode like TT.

EDIT: if anyone's wondering, her E cooldown is increased by 2 at all ranks, and her ult cooldown is increased too

I can think of a million good nerfs for champs on TT, but this isn't one of them. How about starting with these:

Chogath nerf knock-up and silence CD and duration

Yasuo nerf ulti CD

Gnar nerf hulk stats

Rengar nerf enrage stats

LeeSin nerf jump distance

Azir delete

Garen nerf CDs...all of them

I've been playing A LOT of ranked 3s recently for a change of pace. I've never even seen Syndra. Here's the list of super OP champs in TT. Annie Chogath Darius Fiora Garen Kayle Olaf Riven Shyvana Skarner Yasuo

Kayle is manageable because she's weak until she gets like 2-3 items. Very easy to end games before she becomes stupid to deal with. Olaf is strong, but is definitely not in the same tier of OP as Garen, Darius, Fiora, and Skarner are.

Annie is OP on every map. Land stun + wtf burst, win games.

A lot of the map specific balancing... that they don't do anymore... well it turns out a lot of those champions they nerfed for specific maps were latter to be discovered to be OP on SR too! It's just the players on those alt maps had their own meta that evolved a little differently. That doesn't mean I'm saying map specific balancing is completely pointless, but at this point a lot of those map specific nerfs may be OUTDATED and unnecessary probably. I have been confused if some of the nerfs even applied anymore considering other changes.

It seems Riot doesn't do and evaluate alt mode changes anymore. There hasn't been one all year or longer?

About Syndra though she was probably the most broken thing on TT before her TT nerf and her general nerf that came latter. Currently I think she could do with a slight scaling buff for her on all maps and maybe she'll be a good pick.

As someone who plays TT, i'd rather keep her nerfed. the mere chance of her returning to be popular in TT is a dreadfull though...longranged waveclear+harras, high lvl 6 burst and a hard to avoid longranged aoe stun are pretty masiive in a map that is about svae pre 6 laneing, level6 playmakeing and 3v3 fights. The map is so small that you have little room to avoid 2+ guys getting stunnned by her E, and the brutal singletarget burst of her ult is pretty nasty, as bursting down 1 guy already removes 33% from the enemie team, rather than 20% like on other maps.

though i do agree, they should revisit their nerfs, and even more so look at some more champions on those maps, right now it's pretty half assed work, they nerfed a couple of chaps a long time ago(those nerfs were justifyed back then), but never took a look on them again or nerfed other champs...
