Looking back this seems to be the case but it really isn't that noticeable. It's better than Vayne being strong and being in every game.

Vayne never had a 37% pick rate. Ezreal does, with a 50%+ win rate. Are you implying ez is weak? It's either fucking lucian or ezreal bot and ez going mid as well, every damn game.
