Champions with a dash on an ultra-low cooldown are just no fun to play against (I'm looking at you too Yasuo).

His nerfs on the PBE mean nothing.. Hes completely busted because He has close to no cooldown on his dash. Has insane burst IN LANING PHASE and out. Has a movement speed boost aside from having a dash Great sustain Great passive that makes your support instalock braum Great ult

He literally has no weakness. Nerfing his Q that only takes toll at the 35 minute mark? Damn what a nerf!. Sarcasm

Maybe riot could do what they did to kalista, When Lucian is slowed, so is his dash. This would allow him to be easier to target when he's actually affected by a slow.

This is how the ADC class works. Jinx Vayne saw similar play rates last season, fact is that it is extremely hard to play weaker ADC's into strong ones since you cannot outplay right clicks and that's all ADC's really do. So the one with the strongest right clicks wins every fight just by existing, which is why the top ADC always has absurd pick rates.

Lucian just is a solid pick with a decent earlygame, good waveclear, good burst, good cleanup, good sieging & is a safe pick (free dashes lategame). Why the hell wouldn't you pick him. He basicly has everything a marksmen needs.

TBH im ok with this, because he doesn't feel too annoying to play against. I feel like I'd rather have lucian be meta, rather than someone like Miss fortune.. or Vayne..

Umm...why are you suprised? His kit is so versatile and can actually resist effects like attack speed slows, blinds, and can still do something even when snared.

Lucian is a damn good champion to survive whilst dealing damage.
