plz let me know whats up with kog'maw

Hi, i have been a kog maw main since i had enough ip to buy him (2nd champ ever). I didn't play the champion because of his gameplay. I just loved the character so much. One thing i always hated about him is the fact that his theme has so much potential for really cool gameplay, but he doesn't really stand out from other champions and especially as adc. He is supposed to be this cute little monster that spits everywhere and kills everyone that hapoen to touch the acidic liquid. His reworked version would really give us this feeling with the crazy atk speed. Ok so now that you reverted him, he is awful as an adc. Koggi is supposed to be a late game monster ,wich he is as a mid laner, but not as adc.with the trinity force build he is more of a mid game champion that simply gets outscaled by other adcs like Ashe. I really want Kog'Maw to use an on hit build so that he can become the terror he once was in the late game. What will happen to my favorite champion will he be reworked?buffed? And more importantly are you planning to keep him as a mid or you will rework him back to adc?

Plz keep in mind the whole spit everywhere in late game identity i mentioned (reduced cast times on reworked w helped a lot). Cuz right now, he doesn't really have anything that makes him stand out from other champs and especially as adc. Thank you :) I would like to know what will happen be cause if you tell me that he will be kept as a mid, ill practice him mid and vice versa
