I don't think this post belongs in "Gameplay", as it doesn't reflect anything that has to do with game balance. If it belongs anywhere, I'd say it does so in "Player Behaviour", as you hint towards what players think about a specific champion, "General Discussion", as it was a harmless post that you think reflects the average player's opinion about a specific champion or "Memes & Games", if the intention of this post was to be funny or to poke fun at player's opinions about a specific champion.
