Karthus Q quick rework
i would like for karthus q to be able to be normal casted, i dont understand why it HAS to be quick cast when you can just change the setting.

i think those new players will hate karthus and yasuo then
At higher levels of cooldown reduction, Karthus can throw out a Q every 0.55 seconds. I think the mechanical demand of having to press Q > Target it> Click mouse button in the space of 0.55 seconds consistently in the middle of fights seems to be what was on RIot's mind when they made the ability Quick Cast only. That being said, yasuo E can be normal cast so idk meh.
I'd like it if the spell were changed when I turn on "quick cast with range indicators".
