Rune Pages
When is riot gonna allow us to remove the premade rune pages, they take up allot of space and make my other pages incredible hard to find since i have to down, then slowly up

Remove? Never, since they're a technical fallback so you always have a functional rune page for it to default back to if you break your existing ones.
Theres a toggle on the runes collection page to hide the presets though. I don't remember if that applies to the champ select drop down list yet or not, but if it doesn't already, they're planning on it.
ok well instead of remove, it should be hidden, hopefully it works in champion select
