MMR Hell

Is it possible for a player such as I to be qued in a higher elo, and I dont really care about the rank that is showed on my profile, I would just like to play with better players. The reason for such is that my team mates never perform at the best of there abilities, and even if I have 20 kills while everyone only has around 5 it is impossible to carry. Because of this I am constantly tilted and this causes me to be a little toxic. Please riot i would like to be placed in higher mmr ques, and i would like to prove my skills in a test such as a 1v1 of some sort or watched by a riot employee. And for some reason if u get camped from all the other lanes and jungler, and stay under tower constantly, and also ask for help constantly your team will flame you and report you. Bottom line conclusion is that i would like to be matched up with more understanding players in higher elo, and I dont care about bronze, silver, gold, platinum, diamond, masters, challenger ranks or any rank at all, so that doesn't need to be changed just the mmr.
