I am seeing too much players with jinx, which dont have much of a clue about playing marksmans and who mostly play mediocre or bad from start (on mine or enemy team ) and then after 35 min of the game start to carry in teamfights like a pro with their q toggled on entire fight and where the opposite team have no chance of touching her .

Limmie1 votesA bad Jinx can only carry against a bad team. She has no mobility and no escapes, so unless she positions herself perfectly she's just a cute little walking 300g bag. So either they're not really that bad or your team is for not punishing them.
Also she's a hypercarry, and hypercarries are supposed to blow up enemies that let the game stall up enough for them to get their items.

Limmie1 votesYeah, but she kinda has to earn that mobility first, which is pretty fair imo. It's not like a readily available dash other ADCs have.
Twitch, Vayne, Jinx and Kogmaw are all "timebomb" champions in the sense that you either finish the game in time or they'll take over, no matter how bad their lanning and early game was. It's impossible to shut them down early because they're all about the late game. At least Jinx is on the fair side of those because she has a genuinely mediocre early game.

Because of your comment i learned something about Jinx and psihology which holds her in a dominant position in the past few months :)
P.S. in this topic im not trying to prove shes ultimately op but that she is very good in most of the situations (little bit too good) and as much as i know one of Riots employees on his video said that she scales too fast and thats the reason why i named thsi topic "when will jinx be nerfed" ( in my opinion she had to be alredy)
