Petition to allow talon to jungle efficiently

simple premise: just make his passive bleed work on large monsters too. maybe even at a reduced rate but something. because his parkour is just so awesome for jungling that it doesnt make sense not to make him a decent jungler.

anyone can jungle this season with the right jungle path. Just dont do raptor or krugs early since the multiple mobs do too much damage, lol.
