Zoe player’s nerf idead

I have been addicted to Zoe lately. I fed and fed until I got her right, now I’m able to abuse three or four champs at once with her as long as I have a wall and a ward. Here are my ideas to make her balanced. Please add yours in a constructive way. She will always have huge poke damage and lots of utility on w that’s just how she is designed.

Q: obviously you shouldn’t be able to smack people from long range for over 1k damage. Most mages need a combo to do that damage however taliah and nidalee are good examples of the level of damage we can tolerate on one spell.

W: not all drops are equal, a redemption or tp early game give way too much laneing potential. Perhaps make drops just barrier heal cleans and exhaust until ten minutes. Otherwise limit minions to only dropping summoners spells.

E: E is super fun for me, but not the guy that doesn’t know I’m across the wall with vision on him. All I have to do is line up the blue line on his champ and he’s done. Completely remove any guide for where the ability will go besides it’s no wall indicator. This way I have a point of reference for how far it will go past the wall, but will need skill to get it to the right place.

R: r is her most defining ability but it feels free. She is supposed to feel exempt from the rules of the world but some more mana cost and cooldown will make me choose when to use it more carefully.

I think with these changes she can be impactful and have counterplay other than picking mobile assasins. Mages should be able to outplay her. If the changes make her too unreliable without the extra q damage they could lower the time e takes to put you to sleep and throw a move speed boost on w to give her more safety.

Q. 800 range, the bolt might be farther away and her R moves her forward but its only ever going to be a 800 range cast from her model. If you see her, a bolt is coming, start side stepping or set up a block. Its effective range is large, its cast range is 800 units. That's well within vision.

W. No issues adjusting drops, but heal, barrier, exhaust coming up more frequently would be pretty strong in lane.

E. Getting hit by Amumu Blitzcrank Morgana from fog of war sucks and often results in a death as well, its not like we don't have examples of champions you need to respect from behind terrain. Her E is also on 800 range best case thru terrain, just stay back a bit and give yourself time to react or be out of range when she is mia.

R. Adding MP or CDR would only lock her into a more cookie cutter build. Once you have a item 3070 or item 3165 What manna issues?

Personally, Shes a bit strong. Id keep waiting for several more days and see if players are able to adapt. Far as nerfs go, some options I would look into, remove the passive damage component on Q it does not need extra damage from EXP besides the points you put into it, make E not have true damage, remove or change the slow on drowsy.

Personally the thing that i hate the most about this character is the potential on her W; is really frustrating to go for an all-in when she can pick a free barrier from a minion, or when you poke her down little by little only to see a redemption pop on, as a "fix" i'd propose a sort of scaling eg. barrier would be half as effective at 5 minutes, and full effective at 20 minutes, with flash you can cross a minor distance etc..

The other thing that i don't like is her E, 2 seconds stun is really too much, and if she hits it, is really hard not to take the double damage from the Q because she has the time to reposition herself, my suggestion is to maintain the stun duration on E but reduce the time when she can effectively hit the double damage (for example on the first second).

Maybe another thing would be giving a little time window when she exit her portals (maybe 0.2 seconds) in which she can't cast abilities (the E on your face is not funny to deal with)
