Games decided at 15?
It seems games are super stompy, and I just noticed this today. I know there have been many threads but darn, a lot of games seem to be decided at 10-15 minutes. Constantly it's a scary score like 2v10 of 4v30.

I've found the masteries a perfect way to super speed games. They play such a huge role early game too.

But on the other hand, it has shifted some champions out of meta, simply due to a lack of late game.
